Heather Cox, owner and operator of BGWD, worked closely with Vincenza Carrieri-Russo, the New Executive Director of the Miss Delaware USA and Miss Delaware Teen USA Organization, on the New Website for the Miss Delaware USA Organization. In addition, Heather has been named the New Web & Social Media Supervisor of the Miss Delaware USA and Miss Delaware Teen USA Organization.
